Andrew Zabavsky has been granted a full and unconditional pardon by President Donald J. Trump for his convictions related to violations of section 371 and section 1512 of the United States Code.
The pardon was issued on January 22, 2025, pursuant to Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution, and is effective immediately. As part of the sentence, Zabavsky was originally sentenced to 48 months of imprisonment, 3 years of supervised release, and a special assessment of $200. With the pardon, these terms are no longer applicable.
