Executive Grant of Clemency for TERENCE SUTTON

On January 22, 2025, President Trump granted a full and unconditional pardon to Terence Sutton, who had been convicted of violating several laws related to firearms, including the District of Columbia Code and the United States Code.

Sutton was originally sentenced to 66 months, 48 months, and 48 months of imprisonment, respectively, as well as 3 years of supervised release and a special assessment of $300. The pardon granted by President Trump effectively commuted Sutton’s sentence and relieved him of any further punishment for these convictions.
