President Trump Announces Appointments to the White House Faith Office

President Trump recently announced appointments to the White House Faith Office in a bid to strengthen the role of faith within his administration. Paula White-Cain, an influential pastor with over 40 years of experience and international reach will return as Special Government Employee and Senior Advisor of the newly created White House Faith Office. Jennifer S. Korn, who previously served as Deputy Director of the White House Office of Public Liaison during Trump’s presidency, has been appointed as a Deputy Assistant to the President and Faith Director of the same office. Jackson Lane will serve as Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of Faith Engagement for the new office. The appointments are part of Trump’s effort to strengthen his relationship with faith leaders, particularly evangelical Christians, who have been a key support base throughout his presidency.
