Expanding Access to In Vitro Fertilization

This executive order aims to lower costs and reduce barriers to in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments for infertile couples in America who are struggling with starting a family. The policy recommends protecting access to IVF treatment, aggressively reducing out-of-pocket and health plan costs, and easing unnecessary statutory or regulatory burdens to make the treatment drastically more affordable.
